Car Museum (Hellenic Motor Museum):

If you or your children are fanatics of cars, you should not miss this museum. As you ascend the spiral ramp to the museum , you can see an exhibit about the story of the wheel with 72 unique displays from 300 BC until the end of last century. Then check out the impressive collection of 112 old cars, from 1895 until almost 1980. Don’t forget to visit the remake of an old garage with authentic furniture and objects. At the exit, for an extra fee, you can play with the F1 simulator.

How to get there?

The museum is located just 4 minutes away from the Victoria train station (green line), or 11 minutes from the Metro Omonia (red line): just walk straight on 3rd September St. A taxi will also be inexpensive from the city center. (see taxi tips)
